By combining the Japanese animation character ‘Atom’ and the American animation character ‘Mickey Mouse’, ‘Atomaus’ was born, which critically and symbolically captures the reality of Korean popular culture. By referring to the works of different round and angular shapes produced from the early days to the present, the two types of sharp and round are expressed in one work.
