Artist Minha Park (b. 1985), who primarily works with visual media, explores the illusions surrounding our lives and is interested in the process through which fantasy is formed. The artist has expressed phenomena occurring when elements such as light, sound, special effects, and film techniques intervene in the physical reality through visual representations. Particularly, Park has been engaging in works that examine how fantasies about the universe have been shaped over time.

Minha Park’s works have been exhibited at venues such as the Leeum Museum pf Art (Seoul, 2016), Audio Visual Pavilion (Seoul, 2014), Museum of Contemporary Art Busan (Busan, 2019), Nam June Paik Art Center (Busan, 2019), and Doosan Gallery (Seoul, 2018). Additionally, the artist’s works have been screened and awarded at film festivals, including the Edinburgh International Film Festival, Gijon International Film Festival, and Festival de la Imagen.
