〈Library-Library with parrot〉 is a view of a certain landscape from inside the room and fills the seemingly closed bookshelves with books with a smooth plastic-like texture, along with figures from traditional paintings. In front of the books, which symbolize knowledge, is a representation of a parrot, which is highly intelligent and is studied by scientists, and below it are cactus, which are meant to look like the palms of a god, along with skulls, one of the subjects of Vanitas’s paintings.
